Browser softphone and Add to Home Screen
Answer, hold, mute, and hang up from the Floor dock on a laptop or a phone browser. Add to Home Screen for a full-screen phone. There is no App Store app.
The Dialcove phone is the browser softphone on the Floor dock. Advisors tap Answer, Hold, Mute, and Hang up. On a phone-width Floor those targets are sized for a thumb.
Add to Home Screen (Safari Share, or Chrome Install app) puts Dialcove on the phone as a standalone PWA. The icon opens the Floor when you are signed in. That is the installable phone app.
Dialcove has not shipped a native iOS or Android App Store or Play Store listing. Help phrases “install app”, “PWA”, “mobile app”, and “native app” mean this Home Screen install.
Incoming-call Web Notifications fire only if the browser already granted permission.
