Wrap-up, disposition, and hang up
Answered inbound and connected outbound calls open wrap-up on the Floor. Unanswered rings do not. The Call log shows Pending, then No disposition if the timer ends.
After a connected call, the advisor still has to say what happened. That work is wrap-up on the Floor dock — there is no separate dispositions page.
When wrap-up opens
- Every answered inbound opens wrap-up.
- Every connected outbound opens wrap-up.
- An unanswered ring does not. The caller never reached an advisor, so there is no After-call work panel.
Hang up on a connected call ends that leg and opens wrap-up. When the caller hangs up, the agent call ends and wrap-up opens the same way.
If nobody picks a disposition
The default wait is about 30 seconds (your wrap-up seconds on Settings, or the queue timer). If no disposition is picked, status returns to Available.
The Call log shows Pending while wrap-up is open. After the timer, that column shows No disposition.
Available, then a disposition
If you set Available and then pick a disposition, you stay Available and the menu closes. A later disposition click does not put you back in wrap-up.
