Schedules and live adherence
Weekly shifts in local time, America/Chicago by default. Floor and wallboard show Scheduled / In / Out / Late. Not forecasting or auto-shift bidding.
A supervisor should see who is supposed to be on the floor right now. Dialcove stores weekly shifts — day plus start and end in local time, timezone America/Chicago by default.
The Floor and wallboard compare those times to presence: inside a saved shift and Available or On a call is In; inside a shift and Offline is Late.
This is in-app schedules plus live adherence. Dialcove does not forecast volume, does not auto-bid shifts, and does not keep historical punch clocks.
Admins open Schedules. Help phrases “schedule”, “WFM”, “adherence”, and “shift” open that page. Agents do not edit shifts.
