Send and receive fax on the floor
Send a PDF or image to an E.164. Jobs stay Submitted until fax is connected. Delivered is set only from a provider callback.
Fax still shows up on an inbound floor. Dialcove keeps it on the same product as the softphone.
An admin opens Fax, attaches a PDF or image, enters an E.164, then Save draft or Send fax. The job is stored on this company as Submitted.
Send starts when fax is connected on the voice account. If Twilio Fax is not configured, the job stays submitted. Dialcove never marks Delivered unless a real provider callback says so. The inbound inbox stays empty until that webhook stores one.
This page does not place a voice call. Agents do not see Fax.
