Send and receive fax on the floor
Send a PDF or TIFF to an E.164. Jobs stay queued while awaiting a fax provider. Recommended: Telnyx Programmable Fax. Never delivered without a callback.
Fax still shows up on an inbound floor. Dialcove keeps it on the same product as the softphone.
An admin opens Fax, attaches a PDF or TIFF, enters an E.164, then Queue without sending or Send fax. The job is stored on this company as queued. It is never marked delivered from that button.
Jobs stay queued while the product is awaiting a fax provider. Banner: Fax ready — awaiting a fax provider. Recommended: Telnyx Programmable Fax. Empty states say Needs Telnyx credentials. Provider signup may be parked.
Live send starts when a fax provider is connected. Recommended: Telnyx Programmable Fax. Dialcove never marks Delivered unless a provider callback says so — POST /api/fax/telnyx (https://www.dialcove.com/api/fax/telnyx in production) receiving fax.delivered. Point the Telnyx Fax Application at that URL. A queued job is never treated as success. The inbound inbox stays empty until fax.received stores one.
This page does not place a voice call. Agents do not see Fax.
