CTI screen-pop and click-to-dial

Open the caller record as the phone rings. Dialcove opens the URL you set and never creates a CRM record. Salesforce or HubSpot OAuth is later.

When the phone rings, the advisor should see the same person the CRM already knows. CTI is that screen-pop — a destination URL you set, not a silent CRM write.

An admin opens CTI, turns on Enable Open record, and pastes a URL with {phone}, {callId}, and {direction}. Choose Open in a new tab. Embed is a note only — Dialcove does not put a CRM page inside the Floor.

On ringing or answered inbound, the softphone offers Open record. Dialcove opens the URL you set and never creates a CRM record. Click to dial pastes an E.164 into the existing softphone outbound.

Connecting Salesforce or HubSpot with OAuth is later. This page does not sign in to a CRM.

Help phrases “CTI”, “click to dial”, “screen pop”, and “CRM” open CTI. See Features.
